Help On Ordering

  1. Important!
    Before you register, evaluate Cleaning Agent as much as you can and make sure it works fine on your system.
    Please, do not forget to read our shareware policy and software license agreement.

  2. Requirements
    Your computer must be running one of following operating systems:
    • Mac OS X
    • Mac OS 8 or higher
    • Windows 95 or higher, Windows NT 4 or higher

  3. Purchase a License
    Cleaning Agent can be registered via application-integrated registration engine or via online store. Both ways use product activation (serial number verification) over the internet.

    1. Integrated Registration Engine (recommended)
      This is the fastest way to register. It takes less than 5 minutes.
      1. Download, install and launch Cleaning Agent.
      2. Open the Registration window by clicking Register... item of Application menu (Mac OS X) or Help menu (Windows).
      3. Click 'Buy Now' option in the menu list and then 'Buy License Now!' button. Follow few easy steps of the Software Delivery Wizard.
      4. Immediate automatic activation of your copy of the sofware follows the successful transaction (only if ordered via eSellerate).

    2. Online Store
      Go to our online store and purchase a license for Cleaning Agent. Please make sure to purchase the license for your operating system (Macintosh or Windows). Then proceed with step IV. - software activation.

  4. Activate the Software
    After successful purchase from the online store you will receive e-mail confirmation of your order containing your serial number. You need the serial number to activate the software on your computer. There are two ways how you can activate the software:

    1. Quick Activation
      Use this option if the computer on which you wish to activate is connected to the internet.
      1. Open the Registration window by clicking Register... item of Application menu (Mac OS X) or Help menu (Windows).
      2. Click 'Activate' option in the menu list button, select 'Quick Activation' option and click 'Continue' button.
      3. Enter your serial name and number and click 'Activate' button.
      4. Wait until the software verifies your data over the internet.

    2. Manual Activation
      Use this option if computer on which you wish to activate is not connected to the internet or if you prefer to activate using your favorite web browser.
      1. Open the Registration window by clicking Register... item of Application menu (Mac OS X) or Help menu (Windows).
      2. Click 'Activate' option in the menu list button, select 'Manual Activation' option and click 'Continue' button.
      3. Enter your serial name and number and click 'Activate' button.
      4. Follow the steps of the Software Delivery Wizard.
